CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Our policy of complete customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of doing business with Charyn Precision. We shoot your pistol over 300 rounds before it leaves the shop to make sure it is performing perfectly. If you encounter any mechanical problems, or have any questions about your pistol, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We understand that firearms are a hobby and if you ever decide to sell your pistol, we provide a free inspection and tune-up for the new owner.
Firearms sold by Charyn Precision are only intended for factory specification standard velocity ammunition to ensure safe operation in your pistol. We reserve the right to deny repairs or free inspections if handloads have caused damage to the pistol or any work has been performed by unauthorized persons.
Due to the restrictive regulations with shipping and exporting firearms and parts, our customer satisfaction policy cannot apply to International customers outside the USA. If you have a service-related issue with Charyn Precision outside the USA, we will make every effort to rectify your problem but cannot guarantee return shipping, prompt service or inspection of your firearm.
DISCLAIMERS
Charyn Precision expressly disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages. As a condition of sale, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to goods or services sold by Charyn Precision, jurisdiction for the arbitration shall be exclusively in Florida, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from the date of sale and from the original owner.
NO WRITTEN WARRANTY
Due to the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law, Charyn Precision does not offer a written warranty or implied warranty on our products. We continue to stand behind our products and services and to care for our customers, but we cannot make guarantees or warranties of any kind. This general statement of policies and disclaimers is effective October 1, 2021, and no prior statements or promises shall be of any effect for transactions after October 1, 2021.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Charyn Precision insures shipments for $3000.00. There will be an additional upcharge if you require/request additional insurance.
Due to federal regulations, customers' firearms must be returned to the address from which they were received. If you have a change of address, a written request for such change is required. If your firearm is shipped from an FFL dealer, it must be returned to the same FFL dealer.
